Firestone subsidiary to provide studio space, live and taped production services and office space for Spanish news broadcasts

New York - December 5, 2007 - Juniper Content Corporation's (OTCBB: JNPC; "Juniper") Firestone Communications Inc. announced it has signed a multi-year agreement with Borger Broadcasting Inc., a subsidiary of Equity Media Holdings Corporation (Nasdaq: EMDA), to provide office and studio broadcast space for Equity Media's Univision and TeleFutura affiliates. Equity Media plans to relocate its Spanish-language operations to the Dallas/Fort Worth area and hopes to begin producing its newscasts at the new location by mid-2008. Equity Media is Univision's second-largest affiliate partner with 16 Univision and 3 TeleFutura affiliates, 13 of which are in the top-65 Hispanic markets.

"By relocating our Univision and TeleFutura broadcast functions to the Firestone facility, we will be centralizing our Spanish news operations in the nation's 6th largest Hispanic television market," stated Tom Arnost, President and CEO of Equity Media's Broadcast Station Group. "We feel that this is a significant step forward for our Spanish-language affiliates and we are excited to begin the relocation process."

The Firestone facility is a state-of-the-art, fully digital, network operations center offering automated traffic systems, C-Band digital uplink, multiple downlink antennas, 24/7 dedicated fiber backup to EchoStar's satellite facility, live program switching, and digital video servers. Additional television production services include a live multi-camera digital control room and studios for live or taped programs, Avid Adrenaline suites, Final Cut Pro suites, an audio suite and motion graphics suite.
